Hallo, möchte mich hier kurz vorstellen.

Mein Name ist Mark Klatt, neben meinem Beruf komponiere ich, soweit zeitlich möglich, als Autodidakt klass. Musik.

Ab und zu spiele ich auf dem Klavier für Musikfans, Veranstaltungen u.a. kleinere Werke wie Sonaten, Stücke usw. von mir.

Am Komponieren reizen mich besonders die unzähligen Möglichkeiten sich auszudrücken und neue Ideen umzusetzen.

Ganz großartig ist es dann, wenn man dann seine Ideen live hört wie 2006, als eine Sopranistin Teile meiner Oper gesungen hat.

Versuche  in der klass. Musik neue Ausdrucksformen zu entwickeln, wobei mir die harmonische Basis als natürliche Ausdrucksform liegt, trotz der Gefahr, sich in einem Anachronismus zu verlaufen.

Aber, wenn man das ganze weiterentwickelt, dürfte sich doch noch die eine oder andere musikalische Überraschung ergeben, das ist so eines meiner künstlerischen Ziele.

Arbeite sehr gerne auch mit kreativen Leuten zusammen, gerne auch einmal an einem Werk mit Tänzern, Theater o.ä.

Hi, I would like to introduce myself,

my name is Mark Klatt, besides my occupation as Computer Scientist I'm composing classical music.

Sometimes I'm playing for fans of my music some works by me on the Piano in small concerts etc.

For me the lovely thing in composing classical music is the fact that you can live new ideas, have the ability to try new expressions, for emotions etc. and this all on a harmonic baseline - my destination - which is sometimes difficult because you're always in the danger to create a "Deja Vu" in your works.
But I think harmonic is natural and therefore my intention is to work with the harmonic baseline and enhance it with new types of sounding bodies.

Especially magnificant is the fact when you hear one of your works live, so happened 2006 when a soprano sang a part of my Opera "Garden of Freedom".

Additional I'm very glad to work with creative people together e.g. dancers, artists etc.

Have a lot of fun and emotions with my music and this site.
